Yes! We require prescriptions for any product that requires a prescription in the USA. Just like visiting your local pharmacy we require a valid prescription for your medications regardless of where your order is being fulfilled. For your valid prescription to be accepted it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.
Yes, you may purchase only a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications. Provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply then we can fill those refills as they come due.
Canada Drugs is able to accept prescriptions written in many languages. Technical translators trained in pharmaceutical translation then transcribe those documents at no charge into a language appropriate for review by the pharmacists and physicians that will be reviewing it.
Due to the technical nature of the translations there are some languages where in order for the prescription to be accepted the patients name, drug name, strength and usage instructions will need to be written in English. These languages are:
Arabic
Belarusian
Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
Greek
Japanese
Kannada
Korean
Macedonian
Persian
Russian
Serbian
Ukrainian
Yiddish
Please Note: That our call centre staff many not speak all languages, however a prescription written in many other languages may be accepted. In order to speed up the acceptance of your prescription in any language the following information should be written in English: patients name, drug name, strength and usage instructions.
Canada Drugs is able to accept prescriptions written by a licensed prescriber from any country in the world. Narcotic and Controlled medicines cannot be shipped internationally despite physician license. As is standard policy, Canada Drugs will verify through many different means the licensure of the prescriber with local regulatory authorities in that country before filling the prescription.
Some of the more popular countries that Canada Drugs accepts prescriptions from are:
United States of America
Canada
Great Britain
Australia
France
Japan
Ireland
Portugal
Mexico
Brazil
Germany
China
Turkey
New Zealand
Spain
...and many more.
Please Note: That while we may accept prescriptions written by a licensed prescriber in these, and other, countries, import restrictions in those countries may prohibit some medications from being shipped there. Each country has different rules and process regarding the import of medications. Our highly skilled international support team will work with you to ensure your order is handled appropriately and accurately.
CanadaDrugs.com's policy is to not sell any narcotics, controlled substances or habit forming medications.
