Creon 10 Drug Description

Creon 10 is the brand name of a medicine that belongs to a group of formulations commonly known as digestants. Its prime ingredient is pancreatin which is a digestive enzyme secreted naturally by the pancreas in your body. Pancreatin is a combination of the enzymes lipase, protease and amylase that aid in the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The pancreatin contained in Creon 10 is obtained from the pancreatic glands of pigs. The capsules are presented in bottles containing 100 or 250 capsules each.
