In cases of severe nausea and vomiting it is advisable to have one tablet in the early morning hours and one after lunch post noon. Most pregnant women are advised to take one tablet in the morning to avoid morning sickness, nausea and fainting spells. When the tablet is being prescribed for other illnesses or to prevent nausea it may be consumed 4 – 5 hours before you need it.
b.) Missing a dose

Always check with your doctor before consuming a replacement tablet. If you are not suffering from a severe illness then the doctor may advise you to continue with the normal dosage as required as soon as you remember you missed a dose. Patients who are being treated for chronic nausea, especially pregnant women may suffer from a relapse of nausea and vomiting when they miss a dose.
c.) Overdosing
Typical symptoms of an overdose include restlessness, dryness in the mouth, stomach pain, dilated pupils, extreme drowsiness and sleepiness, vertigo, mental confusion etc. Patients may overdose if they have more than the prescribed quantity within short periods of time. Too much medication or a severe case of overdose may require immediate medical attention. If your symptoms do not disappear on their own within a few hours, it is advisable to seek medical help immediately.
