Lysodren is the retail or brand name for mitotane tablets. It is an oral medication used to treat certain types of cancers. In this sense it is a chemotherapeutic agent. Lysodren Side Effects

Lysodren accelerates the metabolism of Warfarin leading to the need for increased dosages of Warfarin.
