United Way
As a company, we have always strived to be excellent corporate citizens and our founder and CEO Kris Thorkelson encourages the entire Canada Drugs family to join him in giving back to the community. Part of this commitment is reflected in our support of the United Way of Winnipeg. Throughout the year Canada Drugs hosts events and encourages our staff to be active participants in United Way fundraising efforts we undertake as organization. We are proud of this significant contribution we are able to make to our community.
Social Club
Part of our corporate value of being One Team is exemplified by the active Social Club that our employees organize. Raffle draws, fun lunches, bake sales, bowling nights and a variety of other events are put on throughout the year and help Canada Drugs employees in all departments socialize and relax.
