All employees must have either a grade 12 diploma or GED for entry level positions. Candidates must also be at an intermediate level in basic Computer functions (i.e. Microsoft Office, and Internet navigation).

Senior positions may require post-secondary education and further qualifications and years of experience. Please consult job description for details of each specific open position.

Our Office is open from 7:30AM -4:30PM Monday thru Friday. Our Contact Centre is Open 24/7. We ask that all job applications and resumes be submitted over our online tool and not mailed, or dropped off in person. It really depends on the position to which you have applied. Interviews at Canada Drugs usually consist of 2 to 3 people, but depending on the position it may be a panel interview. Typically interviews consist of a HR representative, Department Supervisor, Manager or Director. Again, depending on the position there may be computer, knowledge, or skill testing involved before moving forward with the formal interview.

Yes. A 49 bus from Winnipeg Transit does come into our area, but only during certain hours and not on Weekends or Holidays. Thus, it is recommended that Canada Drugs employees have their own transportation because we can't guarantee that shifts will align with the Winnipeg Transit service schedule.
