Accolate Drug Description

The generic name of the drug Accolate is zafirlukast. It is a pale yellow to white powder. It is amorphous in nature and is sparingly soluble in water. The drug is very slightly soluble in methanol and readily soluble in acetone, dimethylsulphoxide and tetrahydrofuran.
